We took our Shih Tzu mix for her first haircut, when we made the appointment we ask if they had any experience with Shih Tzu's and they said "O Yes". When we arrived they seamed to understand what we wanted. Had the groomer (Lupe) cared about what she was doing it might have looked like we wanted. Chopped into everywhere one side different from the other, it looks terrible! Our dog was left full of cut hair, it was disrespectfully never blown off, making a complete mess of our car interior.
