Had to wait 2 hours and 45 minutes, had the rudest receptionists I have ever seen 2 were talking about clothes to each other and the 3rd was on a personal phone call talking about what to have for dinner, While I stood in a massive line waiting for someone to talk to us. I was one of the lucky ones others there waited upwards of 6 hours. How they decide who goes in I have no Idea.
