Bill Turner of Turner Tree Service is the guy to go to when you have a real problem tree. He is very careful, cleans up his mess, and is quite reasonable. His was the lowest of the 4 quotes I got (it's a family operation so the overhead is pretty low,) and I think he did a great job. He went over everything with me before he started and he didn't wreck the yard. I'm using him again in the spring for a number of branches before they fall on the house and break something.
