I called them a week in advance, and they said to just give them an hour's notice when I was ready to move. Since I'm on the other side of the valley from their address, though, I gave them 24 hours' notice when I called later that week and made an appointment. They never showed up. They didn't answer their phone, and they didn't respond to the voicemail I left. I had to call another company and make a new appointment, which cost me an extra day in the apartment I was moving out of.
