This is the worst dentist ever. The incompetent billing people never had a clue how much my insurance might cover, and always made me overpay up front instead of figuring what the insurance would pay first, so I always had a credit balance with them. About 10 months after I quit going to her, they called to verify I wasn't coming back, but just kept the money they still owed me.
