David Li began his formal education in acupuncture and Chinese medicine from 1982 at The Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, one of the three top Chinese medical schools in China. Following five years of comprehensive study in western medicine and Chinese medicine, David Li practiced at The Guangdong Province Hospital of TCM and The Taishan City Hospital of TCM for 5 years in orthopedic surgery and pain management. David Li began his practice in the United States in 1993. He worked in Bellevue Hospital Center in New York City as certified surgical technologist for four years and established his clinic in Brooklyn in 1995. David Li is a New York State licensed acupuncturist and Board-certified in both acupuncture and Chinese herbology. Besides his clinic practice, David Li also taught acupuncture and Chinese medicine in the American International Acupuncture Institute. With over 20 years clinical and teaching experience, David Li has gained his respectable reputation in New York metropolitan area. On Apirl 2008, David openned and moved to his new modern office in 7104 18th Ave. Brooklyn. This over 2500 sq feet office provides acupuncture, Chinese herbs, acupressure massage and Spa facial services under one roof.
