Their diagnostic fee only covers the first 30 minutes that they are at your home. I was charged an additional 2 hours of labor @ $55 which was a misrepresentation of what would be covered by this fee. Our problem was not fixed and we had to hire an electrician to solve our problem which cost us an additional $500. Ziegler did not solve our problem nor did they adjust their bill properly in regards to what was explained to us as far as the diagnostic charge.
