do not pay in cash . You will be sorry. Service is clean and appears to be reputable but teachers and management are moving in and out every minute. Al the rates are negotiable depending on what you can afford so do your due dilligence and bargain. Get a receipt for every transaction, As far as educaton I think there are better schools close by.
