I called on a weekday and explained I needed a re-key. In about a 1/2 hour they called me back and said he was on the way. He was at my house within a few minutes. I explained what I needed done and he went right to work. It took about an hour or so but he finished all the work including the key cutting. He also went over all the things he had to replace from the last locksmith, i.e. tumbler pins etc., that the last locksmith had done wrong. He didn't charge for this he just fix it. He also went over and educated us on locks and security features for our future house.
