Never go here. I gave them a vase, a gift from my grandmother, to engrave for my wedding day with specific instructions ( I even drew a picture) as to where I would like the image engraved. When I picked up my vase ( a week before my wedding) it was not at all what I had ordered. Though he gave me my money back, he said it was not worth his time to correct his error and engrave another vase. He was rude and I would never tell anyone to go here, I work in customer service and if I behaved as he did I would have lost my job.
