I am certified in food safety and they are great at following it by the book. Their food is awesome, the place is always clean and I know for a fact the machines are cleaned on a daily basis, that means no bacteria in the food you are eating!!!!! Go ahead and give them a try you will not regret it. Honestly they have the best ice cream you will find anywhere close, I have not been able to find another shop with as good of food and ice cream as they have. No other compares with theirs. I would tell them to keep up the good work when you experience it for your
