I took my '02 F-150 truck in for a head replacement. An expensive repair being that the head alone costs over $1200.00. They got it done and the truck ran fine for about a week and then started leaking oily water. It turns out that Ford had supplied a faulty head gasket. But instead of waiting for Ford to make things right, Josef went ahead and ordered new parts for the truck and did a 2nd repair at zero cost to me!
