I used them for a repair on my furnace. What a waste. They spent the whole hour trying to sell me a new furnace. Did not fix the problem--just told me what the problem was. And then had the gall to send me a bill for a $110 service call and $91 for "repairs". Kuehlmann Sheet Metal and Heating gets an "F" on the Better Business Bureau website. 'Nuff said.
