They are dishonest. They're always playing underhanded tricks. They have the worst customer service. Their prices are far higher than others (wanting to charge me $180 more than Sears...$150 more than HomeDepot or Lowes). I called them about a specific size appliance I was having trouble finding and when I asked about whether their pricing was competitive they took an attitude saying... "Well now.... it seems we're the only ones with the dimensions you need so you tell me if we're competitive.".....followed by a sma
