When my AC broke my warranty company told me to contact this company. It turned out to be THE WORST customer experience ever!!! Their tech showed up on Monday with a hard start kit that did not work. The tech then said they would need to order a new compressor. Initially I was told that part would be installed on Wednesday. Wednesday came and went and no one showed up and no one called. I spoke with the girl that answers their phone who told me she was new and had given me and the warranty company the wrong info, but that the repairs would be completed Friday. Frida
