Bought a pair of $85.00 shoes on 7/8/11 tried to return them on 7/11/11 because there was a hard spot in the back of the heel that rubbed a blister on my son's heel. Wouldn't accept them back because they had been worn. Duhh.. kinda hard to get a blister if you don't wear them. Yes, they were worn outside for approx. two hours; but when paying that kind of money I expect them to not give blisters. We have bought two other pair of shoes at this store; but will not buy any more. Will they care? No because they don't care if the customer is happy, only if t
