How do I give a business zero stars? I have been going to this salon for about 2 years and good results with Avisa. When I called for my appointment in January, they said Avisa wasn't there anymore and I saw Nikki. Nikki did a good job, so I was happy and made another appointment in March. I got a call the day before my appointment saying Nikki wasn't working there anymore and offering me a choice between 3 different stylists, only one of which they described as "experienced".
