What I have to say will be brieft and to the point. I am a cage fighter, and was looking for a gym in my area. So I visited this school, and found one of the best mma trainers I'v seen in a long time. The cardio program was geared towards fight training not "make belive crap"! wow this was refreshing to see. I will return, join, and bring freinds. By the way they offer a "tired kwon dull" class but... call for mma.
