TERRIBLE SERVICE. They came out twice to fix my dishwasher, which was not dissolving detergent and not washing the dishes. The first time they told me to change from liquid detergent to powder and attempted to leave without even turning the unit on to see what was actually wrong with it. The second time they came out they told me to switch from powder to liquid and again attempted to leave without turning on the unit. When we told the service tech that last time they instructed us to do the complete opposite, he said that in that case, just put less detergent. Th
