Got my hair cut there once by the owner who was technically proficient. Made another appointment for 4 weeks out. When I came in that day, there was someone else sitting in the chair and the owner admitted that after he made the appointment with me he booked someone else for the same time by mistake. He said he couldn't fit me in for another two hours which my schedule wouldn't allow. He took my number and promised to call - never did.
