It looks nice at first glance, but there is nothing to justify the bloated rents in Long Pond Village and the lack of service. The paint on the walls is so thin that if you need to clean a spot off them, the paint comes off with it. The carpets are not scotchguarded either, so you can forget your $1000 deposit when you're lucky enough to get out of there.
