Wish I could give a better rating. I will go back, I think, but not for the atmosphere. We ate at El Sombrero at 5pm on a Saturday evening which may have been bad timing on our part but I swear that every screaming kid in Phelps County was at the restaurant. Add glaring overhead lighting and the atmosphere resembled the end of the runway at O'Hare Int'l! So sad because the food is very good. Head and shoulders above La Posada or El Maguey. Message to the management: turn down the overhead lights and put in some sound absorbing partitions. We'll try th
