I left a message stating that I needed a bid to repair a brick wall that runs the length of our property line. It took 2 business days to get a return call. When I got a return call I ask if I could schedule an appointment to get an estimate. The gal on the phone hemed and hawed to schedule a time because she wasn't she when it would be "convenient" for the person that does that. I did get an appointment time 1 week from my initial call. 10 minutes before our appointment I was called and told that "Mr. Bidder" was pulled into a meeting and can't make it.
