What a horrible experience!I have been going to this dry cleaners for years because of the service provided by one counterperson who has been there through the change of owners and locations. Now they have moved her to a different store and won't tell us which store that is ( i figured it out because there are only 5 village cleaners in MI) The seamstress messed up on my alterations and instead of admitting their mistake they claimed that it was my fault and that they would not fix it for me. I spend $100 every two weeks on dry cleaning AND I drive 40 minutes just
