I was in front of your van #4025 coming onto City Island. Your driver did NOT signal and crossed a double line to get ahead of me then proceeded to go through a RED light at Cross Street and City Island Ave. When I turned into Pilot Street - there was the van - I told the driver that I was going to report her as I do not feel she is a safe driver especially since she was transporting handicapped young adults. She needs a refresher course in proper driving. Thank you. Sister James Patrick Kavanagh
