Mom called to set up transportation for dialysis. Driver never showed and when she called they said they were behind. When asked how long and informed she needed to get to dialysis, dispatcher said she would check and call back. Never called back leaving my Mom stranded. Nice job guys. Great customer service. Hope it's your Mom next time. Unreliable. Negative 5 stars. Plenty of other companies that want the business.
