Review
This particular Rosa's was just recently built and new to the Coppell area. I took the liberty of trying out their famous "Taco Tues plate" and all I can say is "you get what you pay for". 3.99 for a plate of bland beans and watery chicken with little to NO cheese. When I say chicken and cheese only please I don't mean HOLD THE CHEESE, a little sprinkle of cheese is not what I ordered. The staff seems to be nice, and at least knows ALITTLE english which in this day and time is hard to come by, but it doesn't make up for the horrible taste left in you
