I hired this company to change out a heating system in my newly bought house, the first day that they showed up, they cut my structural beams that help up my first floor from the basement, forcing me to hire a structural engineer to fix the error that this company made. When I told the company how bad they messed up they refused to acknowledge that they made a mistake.
