The most unreliable taxi service not just in San Jose area but anywhere I have experienced in the world. Inspite of online booking, several emails and reminders they fail turn up to puck me up late in the evening from San Jose airport. I would strongly recommend that one do not rely on 408-940-4242 and 510-493-3099 when a cab is required in the San Jose area.
