Life Coaching

Life coaching helps women get back in touch with themselves and remember how amazing they are!  It empowers women to take control of their lives again and creates the steps necessary to achieve whatever it is they want to achieve.  Whether it's changing careers, losing weight, focusing on what brings them joy in their lives, coaching is a supportive, fun way to explore how to make your life more fulfilling. It can easily be done over the phone, or in person, so locations isn't a problem. I also have a Kids Life Coaching Camp  for 1 1/2  hours a day for 4 days in the summers to help kids discover the power they have to create happy lives by being responsible for their thoughts, actions, attitudes and remembering to be grateful for everything they already have in their lives.
