I had them out to figure out why I had hot water to my master bath toilet 2 other local plumbers wanted to rip open my walls and ceiling at costs of over $800 bucks which did not include fixing the drywall and painting but Mike came in and within 15 minutes figured out my master bath shower valve needed a new cartridge because the old one was mixing the hot back into the cold.I was a little concerned this was not the problem but Mike assured me this was the problem and said if it did not fix it he would not charge me for the new cartridge well to my surprise it fixed the
