Last night was the third time I had to use them. Don't ask... anyway once again the tech that came over was really great. Understanding of my situation and made me feel totally comfortable (let's just say that I was left inside a very compromising situation by my nutty girlfriend... - or should i say ex girlfriend at this point). Last time I called the guy that came was the same both times, his name was Dave, this guy I am not sure - but as I said both were here fast and were extremely helpful so thanks.
