Available inside, starting with 8' x 8' space $80.00 per month; $50.00 deposit. 1 space as large as 837 sq. ft. as low as 1200.00 a month; optional 3-phase power; prices pending. Also, taking larger items such as furniture on consignment; 60/40 split. Outside Yard Sale vendors set up "FREE" untill futher notice. All other vendors such as, but, not limited to: food vendors, retail sales vendors, etc. must see management prior to setting up or call the 2 days in advance.
