DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. I paid them $160 for three classes a week for 6 weeks (July 2011) and within the first two weeks it was very clear that something was terribly wrong. Henry canceled class all the time, giving excuses such as: "there are too many old people in the class" and "I hurt my ab muscle and went to the ER last night" and "I drank a new protein shake and I have a belly ache".
