3 mi. west of I-35 on FM 66. 4 Mi from Downtown Waxahachie. Kid friendly! Security. Owners live onsite. 14x14 stalls,runs, round pen, lighted roping arena, walkers, stock, hot/cold wash rack. Tackrooms w/ heat/ac. Trailer parking. Premium feed, shavings. Overnight stalls available for travelers. Facilities available for rent or we'll put on your shows and take care of the details. Concession stand.
Review
This is a very nice, clean, safe facility. The staff, owners and trainers are very helpful and knowledgeable. I boarded there 3 years before we were transferred. we stop by and visit when we're in the area. Just like going home. If we ever move back to this area we wouldn't board any other place.
