I selected to buy from this company only because their website claimed to have all of my items "in-stock". I submitted my online order in August 2010. I waited 3 weeks and nothing arrived. I called the company and they "lost" my order so the customer service rep pushed my order into the processing queue. 3 weeks later a box of broken glass arrived and was shipped back for replacements. 2 weeks later one item arrives but the other never came with it.
