Terrible and unprofessional sums it up. Big League movers didn't have the good sense to put the drain hose into the drain on my washer and my apartment flooded. Their reply when I addressed this issue with them. "we're not plumbers and we have a disclaimer on our website". FYI I called ten times and tried to escalate to the owner and NEVER received a call back from anyone. Also Big League Movers had a mirror to my bedroom set for four days and didn't bother to call me and tell me they had it. I didn't notice it was missing for three days since I
