Welcome to the home page for David E. Tepel DMD, a general dentist practicing all aspects of family, cosmetic, and general dentistry. By using latest technologies and techniques, Dr. Tepel, a graduate of Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, strives to keep all patients comfortable and confident. Dr. Tepel participates in community service programs in Nassau County which is where he grew up. He provides services through Give Kids A Smile and local oral cancer screenings at various locations. Dr. Tepel regularly attends meetings and lectures at the Nassau County Dental Society, which provide him with opportunities to communicate with dentists, learn about the latest technologies, and take classes and seminars. Because of his passion to have an impact on improving the oral and general health of the greater community, he is a Dental Consultant with the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. In this capacity he provides guidance on oral health promotions and initiatives throughout New York City.
