This office is extremely unprofessional. I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment and signed in on the clipboard. No one called my name at all until finally, after waiting 25 minutes, I approached the front desk to volunteer myself to fill out new-patient paperwork. I had to ask for the HIPPA notification, which the receptionist had to photocopy to give me. Another receptionist finally showed up with her child (who must have been about 10 or 1 years old) who sat at the front desk among the patient records and information.
