THE WORST SALON EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. The entire salon treated me with disrespect and unprofessionalism. First of all, I was scheduled for one person (Kylie) and ended up with another (Joni), without prior notice or anything of the sort. My hair color is way off, my bleached sections were tainted with the hair color, my brows (which I have dyed) were dyed unevenly and, because the dye was left on too long, my face has stain marks. During the cutting process, my hair was not cut smoothly and my bangs were cut too short, despite specific requests.
