When we moved in the apartments were managed well and they were very friendly and maintenance was great. they were bought out by a different company that has no contact phone number and then restaffed with terrible service. some days i have called several times with them not answering the phone.i leave a message and they never return my call.the noise is terrible from the car stereos and the apartment not caring any about it. most of the new residents are Mexican and are extremely noisy at all times of the night.the washing machines and dryers are 1.50$ a load. our air co
