I started with Ideal Protein and lost 30 pounds in less than 30 days. I've never felt better in my life. Topped it off with a Zerona treatment and got rid of that last little bit I was trying to work off. Make sure and talk to the owner, Belinda, she really knows her stuff. Won't give you the runaround and is open and honest. If it's not right for you she won't sell it. Having to go ever other day for Zerona, I've seen her in action many times. I'd recommend any of their services from body wraps, massages, to the passive exercise...it's all great!
