These are the court documents that did not upload earlier and also validate our lawsuit against Pennington Construction. My elderly father lost his home after Pennington Construction cashed all of the Insurance checks and refused to do any work and left town. After several years of paying mortgage for a home that we could not live in, could not rent, and could not repair because Pennington Construction left town with all of the Insurance money. We provided our lawyer with all of the checks endorsed by Pennington Construction to validate our lawsuit against Pennington Co
