Cape Way cleaners destroyed 2 very expensive leather coats of mine. They had dry cleaned these coats before and I didn't have a problem. What happened this time I don't know. I gave them 2 opportunities to fix the problem. First, they sent them out to be stretched back into shape- that didn't go well. Next, they sent the coats out to 2 different companies, neither of which had ever seen me in the coats before or after they were DESTROYED, to have them looked at- that didn't go well either. The owner of Cape Way, Rick Pigeon offered me 75 dollars in compens
