We picked up this bounce castle at 10:30am thinking it would be due back the next morning..Called to ask when we had to get it back and its due back 8pm of the same day we picked it up..We didnt even it get it 12hours! Plus had a gift certificate and they asked us to pay $7 for the tax when the certificate says free bounce castle up to a $100 rental..Tryed to pay the tax with my debit card and they wont take debit only cash..Ive had nothing but problems and now we have to cut the party short cuz it has to be dropped off at 8pm..Very pissed!
