I actually found this place to be very helpful. I shopped around at a couple other places that were suppose to be "reputable" and they offered me more than anyone else. When I asked for my stones back they were happy to do so but warned me that they couldn't guarentee anything, and sure enough my gems where fine and a jeweler would have charged me what they did for free.
