"If you want your hair butchered this is the place to go. I went in and asked for a simple removal of my dead ends and that I didn't want to lose too much length, and some long layers with face framing . I walked out of there missing almost 7 in of hair I didn't want cut. She didn't even blend my hair you can see a distinct line . When I confronted her she blamed me and started speaking Spanish with her co workers and telling me that is what I wanted. I asked for my money back and she refused. So I would suggest if you go there be very strict on what you want. S
