I left 15 dressing shirts to Excell Cleaners twice already because they had a prepaid deal. 1st they charged me for dry clean when I know as a fact that they did laundry all my shirts. 2nd five of my dressing shirts were not 100% clean by the collar and wrist, so I took them back. They did clean them again but I was not really happy with the results. (I just walked away) 3rd After I used them all, I took them back to them to give them a second chance and prepaid again with the feeling that this time everything is going to be all right. 4th At
