Two weeks ago, I went to this Dairy Queen and ordered a chocolate malt. Unfortunately we didn't sample the malt until we were on our way home (it was extremely thin, more like chocolate milk). I called them when I got home and spoke with a very friendly person who identified himself as one of the owners. He gave the answer that I expected -- he apologized and told me that next time I came in to mention my experience and they would make me a new malt at no expense.
