I was given this plumper through my landlord and claimed to have come to my apartment at the given time, but unfortunately they never came but said they tried to knock on the door. Whether they had the wrong address or what. They said they left a note...NO note. They did not try to contact me while the plumber said he was "waiting" outside for 30 minutes. Definite disconnect between they service men and their contact person in their office. When I tried to explain they never came or left a note he HUNG UP on me...and when I called back he hung up again. Poor customer
